Departure of Directors or Certain Officers; Election of Directors; Appointment of Certain Officers; Compensatory Arrangements of Certain Officers.
 
On December 8, 2020, David Drummond notified the Board of Directors (the “Board”) of KKR & Co. Inc. (“KKR”) of his decision to retire from the Board effective as of December 31, 2020.  Mr. Drummond’s decision to resign from the Board is not the result of any disagreement with KKR.  Mr. Drummond joined the Board in March 2014, and KKR thanked Mr. Drummond for his dedicated service to the Board.
